At Podere Sant'Antonio, organic EXTRA VIRGIN olive oil is produced from an olive grove of about 2 hectares, whose trees belong to the Moraiolo, Leccino and Frantoio (or Frantoiane) varieties. The oil is obtained by cold pressing, not filtered to preserve its quality, and has a dark green colour with golden reflections, an intense fragrance, and a fruity, delicate, and aromatic taste.
In the morning, you will wake up at Podere Sant'Antonio to the smell of a delicious breakfast that will give you a good start to the day. In summer, the buffet welcome you on the veranda next to the well overlooking Montalcino, while during the colder seasons the fireplace in the common room will accompany your breakfast.
